Studio Voyager (“we”, “us”) is a strategic design studio operated by Tim Jensen. This notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the cookies set when you use this website.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to share with us, for example your name, email address, and any details you provide when you book a call or get in touch. We use it solely to respond to you and to arrange and follow up on our conversation.
Booking calls & Calendly
We use Calendly to let you schedule a call directly on our contact page. When the scheduler loads, Calendly sets cookies that are necessary for it to function and to remember your booking preferences. The details you enter into the scheduler (such as your name, email, and chosen time) are processed by Calendly on our behalf to confirm and manage your booking.
We have chosen not to show Calendly’s own cookie banner and instead disclose its use here. For more on the cookies Calendly sets and how it handles data, see Calendly’s privacy notice and cookie policy.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. This site does not set its own marketing or analytics cookies. The only cookies set are those required by Calendly to run the booking scheduler, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the scheduler may not work correctly if you do.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the studio, such as Calendly for scheduling and our email provider for correspondence, and only as needed to provide those services.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
